Siren!!!

Well tonight we experienced our first tornado warning with sirens blaring and all. It was a little nerve racking but not bad just enough to pull our kids out of bed and bring them downstairs at 11:20pm and then it was over. Yeah gotta love waking them up for nothing but you never know. They are back in bed and everything is good.

Welcome to Texas! I had JUST fallen asleep when they went off, and it woke up Eddie who wouldn't go back to sleep for another hour! We checked the weather radar, and when we saw it wasn't too close to our house, we decided to not wake up the other kids.

Oh boy. At least they didn't decide to party all night. I know that was frustrating to have them woken up.

Glad you guys are alright :-)
